Refund & Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn with all original tags and packaging intact. Sale, clearance, and personalized/custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We offer size and color exchanges, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Items marked as Final Sale

7. Store Credit Option

If preferred, refunds can be issued as store credit for future purchases. Store credits do not expire and can be used anytime.
